El grupu folk avilesín Balandrán ye, pa nós, ún de los grupos más importantes na escena musical asturiana de los últimos 30 años. Con dos discos nel mercáu, abúltanos que tovía a estes altures la so música nun fue too lo apreciada y entendida que debiera. Quiximos facer una versión propia de ún de los temes del grupo que más mos presta, y qu´aparez nel so discu “El viaxe” (1996).

The folk band from Avilés, Balandrán, is for us one of the most important bands in the Asturian musical scene in the last 30 years. With two albums in the market, we think that their music hasn't been appreciated well enough and understood as it should be. We wanted to make our own version of one of their songs that we most enjoy, from their album “El viaxe” (The journey”; 1996)
